Star Wars Fans at Stan Lee’s Comikaze Expo 2014

comikaze-201 This weekend (Oct 31 – Nov 2) at the Los Angeles Convention Center was Stan Lee’s Comikaze Expo, the 4th annual convention dedicated to comic books, cosplay, and pop culture. Fans of all sorts of comic books and movies and gaming and entertainment came out in huge numbers, and while the cosplay of choice was this summer’s smash hit film Guardians of the Galaxy, Star Wars was definitely still represented by fans in costumes, with booths, and even just repping their set in T-shirts.

While actress Gwendoline Christie was on hand for the Game of Thrones panel and asked about it, she wasn’t saying anything about her role in Star Wars: Episode VII.

Star Wars fan groups that had displays included the R2 Builders Club, the 501st Legion, the Mandalorian Mercs Costume Club, and the Saber Guild, all drawing plenty of attention during the weekend.

Check out our photo gallery of the fans and their great costumes, wares and fun ideas that we found at Stan Lee’s Comikaze Expo 2014.
