Star Wars Rebels Season Two Premiere TV Movie This Saturday

Star Wars Rebels season 2The Rebels return to Lothal to save a defecting Imperial officer, only to draw the attention of the Empire’s most dreaded agent – Darth Vader.  The highly anticipated “Star Wars Rebels” season 2 is set to premiere on SATURDAY, JUNE 20 (9:00 p.m., ET/PT) on Disney XD. The season will kick-off with a special 1-hour movie event “Star Wars Rebels: The Siege of Lothal.” Following the 1-hour movie event, the season will continue to rollout new episodes in the fall.

This Rebels 1-hour episode was screened for a small audience back in April at the Star Wars Celebration Anaheim, and I gave the episode a (spoiler-free) rave review, and cannot wait to compare notes with fans who couldn’t catch the screening. The Siege of Lothal truly ramps up Star Wars Rebels to the next level.
