Disney toys returning to McDonald’s Happy Meals after a 12-year hiatus

The Walt Disney Co. and McDonald’s USA have inked a multi-year, non-exclusive agreement to cross-promote Disney movies in the boxed kids meals for titles across the studio’s portfolio, including Walt Disney Animation Studios, Pixar Animation Studios, Disney Live Action, Marvel Studios (“The Avengers”) and Lucasfilm (“Star Wars”).

The campaign will start with “Incredibles 2” in June, followed up by “Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-It Ralph” in November.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
