• Is it just me, or is Ralph Nader a loony?

  I could respect the guy in 2000, arguing that Gore and Bush were pretty much the same thing and that the nation needed a third option. In all honesty, I seriously considered voting for him.

  But now, he says nothing is more important than defeating Bush, and that he’s running for the office! He’s even lambasted supporters from the last campaign (esp. Michael Moore and Eddie Vedder) who aren’t supporting him this time around.

  I don’t care which side you’re on, you’ve got to admit that’s pretty ridiculous.

  And then he tries to cause a stink because he’s not allowed to speak at the DNC. Maybe it’s because, oh, I don’t know, he’s not a Democrat? Is he going to do the same thing at the RNC?

  Man, this guy’s making Ross Perot look sane right about now.
