    From Rebelscum:

Last Word On Luke Bespin Variations
Mark: According to the toy maker, the different versions we’ve seen of the new Luke Skywalker Bespin Duel figure are all part of the process. “As with many figures, the Luke Bespin [figure] went through many iterations before being finalized.” At varying stages, the Luke figure has come with a “bloody” stump and magnet attached to its arm, an unpainted stump with magnet attached to its hand, and finally unpainted with plastic peg on the hand.

All three have been found at retail at various times, the current version being found comes with the magnet attached to the hand. Soon, as the next Collection 1 wave (featuring Chewbacca, Han Endor, and Obi-Wan pilot) begins showing up, the Luke Bespin figures should come with the plastic peg variation. According to Hasbro, “The plastic peg, to keep the wrist on [with no paint] but allow it to be removable, is the final version.”

While changes like this in the way a figure is produced often causes a mild uproar with collectors, it’s interesting to point out that these variations do in fact create some of the more collectible toys of the Star Wars line. For those fortunate enough to find them at retail, or willing to pay for them on eBay, they can be quite the collector’s piece.
