    Did anyone ever receive any VOTC 12″ from Southernisland.com when they had them for 19.99? After a few months and a few recent phone calls (never getting anyone) and an email yesterday, I got a refund through paypal today. I should have used a credit card, but used paypal upfront back in august.
    Anyone actually receive something from them? I am glad they made good on a refund, but I find it curious I was never able to reach anyone, and the refund email was a generic “You’ve got money” from paypal.
    Is this company usually any good?
