• Toy Fair Vader re-release????

  Hey….I’m not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I just read this on R2dtoys.com

  “This is the Fan Club Vader first unveiled as an exlusive Toy Fair Vader in January 2002 for the New York show. The Fan Club version is due in June and is likely to be the same figure but with some subtle packaging changes, making this an expectedly more common figure than the Toy Fair Vader and less costly.
  The Toy Fair Darth Vader figure was created especially for the 2002 New York Toy Fair to commemorate 25 years of Star Wars magic from Lucasfilm and Hasbro, and to celebrate the upcoming release of Episode II in May 2002.

  Item # 84908. Mint packaging. Ages 4+. “

  Is this verified??? It’s the first I’ve heard of it.
