Both are gruesome in their own special ways….

Death by Rancor means being chomped in two then maybe being ever so slightly conscious as you slide down his gullet.

Death by Sarlacc means going straight down the gullet alive then feeling that special tingle as digestive juices go to work on you.

Given those choices, I’d likely go for the Rancor to end it quicker.
