Star Wars Celebration 2020 Postponed

1

Star Wars Celebration Anaheim 2020 has been officially postponed until 2022 due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic crisis. Ticket-holders are starting to get emails notifying them that the premier Star Wars convention event, originally scheduled for August 27-30, 2020 has been postponed for guest health and safety reasons.

The promoters of the convention have made plans for fans to either get refunds or transfer their tickets to the future event, currently scheduled for August 18-22, 2022. Transferred tickets will include a free, exclusive Star Wars Celebration stormtrooper pin as a thank-you, shipped out before the end of this year. Guests with merchandise pre-orders can choose to still receive their orders or request a refund, and convention merchandise will be made available online in the future. These options will be made available starting June 22nd and ending August 26th, 2020.

Hotel reservations made through the official room blocks will be automatically canceled.

It was inevitable. I wonder how all of the exclusives will be handled now.
